Hi Mae and Beth, I've been taking 2 mg. of copper every other day but the iron I only take 18 mg. about once a week. The zinc, I can't remember to save me. I bought the tablets which were the only ones I could find at the time and I've been cutting them in half and then half again. I didn't want to supplement with too much of the zinc. I've only been taking it about once a week too. Maybe I need to experiment with some more iron and zinc. Thanks so much for the link and the help!
