TRACE MINERALS AND TRACE MINERAL SUPPLEMENTS In this section I plan to list the various trace mineral supplements and (hopefully) an analysis of their mineral content. By finding which mineral supplements work best for hypers and hypos we may be able to deduce critical trace and ultratrace minerals which have thyroid function. Please let me know which trace element supplements you've tried and which seem to work the best for you.
